Terms of Service

These terms are the agreement between you and Fraya™ ("Fraya," "we," "us"). By creating an account or using the service, you agree to them. Please read them — they cover what Fraya does, what you're responsible for, and how billing works.

What Fraya is

Fraya is an AI-assisted platform that helps you build and run a business: it generates a website, brand, storefront, product pages, social content, and related assets from your description, hosts your published site, and gives you tools to manage sales, customers, and content from one place.

Your account

  • You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter a binding contract.
  • You're responsible for the information you provide and for activity under your account. Keep your sign-in secure.
  • One person or business per account unless we agree otherwise in writing.

Subscription & fees

  • Plans. Fraya has three plans. Free is $0 per month: publish your site at your handle on fraya.ai and sell through it. The Fraya Plan is $29 per month and adds the weekly operator work, unlimited campaigns, a custom domain, and 100 studio credits per cycle. Fraya Studio is $99 per month, the same plan with 1,000 studio credits per cycle for heavier image and video work. Every plan pays 1% of sales processed through your Fraya storefront, in addition to Stripe's own processing fees. Chat is unmetered; image and video generation draws from the credit meter included with your plan, with optional paid top-ups. Plan details and current prices are published at fraya.ai.
  • Billing. Paid plans are billed in advance through our payment processor, Stripe, and renews automatically each month until you cancel. The 1% sales fee is calculated on completed sales.
  • Taxes. Fees are exclusive of taxes; you're responsible for any taxes that apply to your purchase of the service.
  • Changes. We may change pricing with reasonable notice; changes take effect on your next billing cycle.

Cancellation and refunds are covered in our Refund & Cancellation Policy.

Your content and ownership

You own the business content you create with Fraya — your copy, images, products, and brand. You grant Fraya a limited license to host, store, display, and process that content solely to provide the service (for example, to publish your site or generate a requested asset). You are responsible for having the rights to any material you upload and for ensuring your content and business are lawful.

Trademarks

FRAYA™, the Fraya logo, and fraya.ai are trademarks of Fraya (Fraya.ai LLC and its principal; U.S. trademark application pending). Other names and logos on the service, including those of the businesses that publish sites with Fraya and of the third-party services we integrate with, belong to their respective owners.

You may not use the Fraya name or logo in a way that suggests we made, endorse, or are affiliated with your business, product, or content, except for the "Made with Fraya" badge exactly as Fraya displays it on a published site. Nothing in these terms grants you any right to our marks beyond that.

Default media & assets

To make a new site presentable from the first minute, Fraya places default imagery (photography, avatars, and backgrounds) into the site she generates for you. Default media comes from two sources: stock photography Fraya has licensed from commercial libraries such as Adobe Stock under extended licenses that cover use in templates and in the sites our users publish, and imagery Fraya created herself, including AI-generated photography and portraits. Fraya does not claim ownership of or exclusive copyright over third-party stock media.

You may publish and run your business with default imagery in place. The underlying licenses permit commercial use on your site. We still encourage you to replace it with your own photography as soon as you can: your real work is what customers and AI search should see, and default images are not exclusive to your site. Default media is licensed for use within your Fraya site only; it may not be extracted, resold, or redistributed as standalone images, merchandise, or a competing stock collection. Media you upload or generate yourself is covered by "Your content and ownership" above.

AI-generated output

Fraya uses AI to generate text, images, video, and suggestions. This output can be inaccurate, incomplete, or unsuitable for a given purpose, and may resemble content produced for others. You are responsible for reviewing and editing anything before you publish or rely on it.

Fraya is not a law firm, accountant, or financial advisor, and its output — including anything labeled "legal," "tax," or "compliance" — is general information, not professional advice. Consult a qualified professional for your situation.

Selling through your Fraya site

If you sell products or services through your Fraya storefront, you are the seller and merchant of record to your customers. You're responsible for your offerings, fulfillment, customer service, your own refunds, and any taxes on your sales. Fraya provides the tools and takes its 1% platform fee on sales; it is not a party to the sale between you and your customer.

Acceptable use

  • No unlawful, infringing, deceptive, or harmful activity, and no content that violates others' rights.
  • No attempts to break, overload, reverse-engineer, or gain unauthorized access to the service.
  • No reselling or white-labeling Fraya itself without our written permission.
  • No use of the AI tools to generate spam, malware, or content that violates the acceptable-use policies of our AI providers.

Content policy

Your site is your voice — Fraya doesn't police tone, opinion, or strong language on the businesses you publish. A narrow set of content is prohibited everywhere on the platform, with no exceptions:

  • Hate. Slurs, hate speech, or content that attacks or degrades people based on race, ethnicity, religion, gender, sexual orientation, disability, or similar characteristics.
  • Exploitation of minors. Any content that sexualizes or endangers minors. This results in immediate account termination, and we report it to the appropriate authorities, including the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC), where required.
  • Illegal goods and activity. Selling or promoting anything unlawful in your customers' jurisdictions.
  • Adult-content businesses. Fraya does not host pornographic or sexually explicit commerce. (Our payment processor prohibits most of it regardless — this makes it policy rather than accident.)

We use automated screening and human review to enforce this, and we may remove content, unpublish a site, or suspend an account that crosses these lines. If you believe a Fraya-hosted site violates this policy, email support@fraya.aiand we'll review it promptly.

Third-party services

Fraya relies on third parties — including Stripe (payments), our hosting and infrastructure providers, AI model providers, and any social or commerce platforms you connect. Your use of those integrations is also subject to their terms. We're not responsible for third-party services we don't control.

Termination

You can stop using Fraya and cancel at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, create risk or legal exposure, or for prolonged non-payment. On termination your right to use the service ends; we'll make reasonable efforts to let you export your content where practical.

Disclaimers

The service is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We don't warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that AI output will meet your requirements.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Fraya will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenue, data, or goodwill. Our total liability for any claim relating to the service is limited to the amount you paid Fraya in the three months before the event giving rise to the claim.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold Fraya harmless from claims arising out of your content, your business, your sales to your customers, or your violation of these terms or applicable law.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms as Fraya evolves. The "last updated" date above reflects the most recent change; material changes will be communicated to signed-in users. Continuing to use the service after a change means you accept the updated terms.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the state in which Fraya's operating entity is established, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Disputes will be resolved in the courts located there, unless applicable law requires otherwise.
